International Summer Research Intern - Photonic Devices

In the final year of my undergrad degree, I got the opportunity to get interviewed by Prof. Dr. Guo-en Chang, Executive Director of Master of Science in Advanced Manufacturing Systems at AIM-HI Institute at National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan for the position of international summer research intern in his lab.

After a series of interviews, I got selected for the position under the International academic research program that was designed to offer the best students across the world an opportunity to gain hands-on research experience in advanced manufacturing and related fields. It was a fully-funded internship program that covers everything from my airfare, insurance, stay to a daily stipend of 300 NTD.
